CJ Maintenance Ltd were asked by managing director Nick Ratcliff to refurbish and revamp the existing industrial units at Union Park, Maidstone. Our design team came up with a simple but very effective solution to remove the existing single sheet cladding and replace but also over clad the existing brick work to the lower half of the industrial units. We also went on to supply and install 128 new roof lights both internal and external, 7 new rear fire exit doors, 5 new steel security entrance doors and a total of 5 new roller shutter doors
This project took a total of 5 weeks from acceptance of the tender to final installation. CJ Maintenance Ltd engineers worked efficiently and delivered a high quality service which saw this project finish in time and on budget
