CJ Maintenance Ltd undertook the refurbishment of the existing building within the Port of Ramsgate on behalf of Noble Denton for the new Thanet Offshore Wind farm Headquarters. We was asked to remove the existing rotting single skin cladding sheets and replace them with Kingspan's KS1000 100mm insulated cladding we re-clad a total of 800m2 and created new door openings at each end of the warehouse where we installed a steel frame and 2 double skinned insulated sectional overhead doors.The door panels consisted of doubled skinned galvanised steel with HFCF-CFC free polyurethane rigid foam.
Each door was operated by 400v 3 phase operator with emergency hand chain facility in case of power failure.
This project took a total of 5 weeks from acceptance of the tender to final installation. CJ Maintenance Ltd engineers worked efficiently and delivered a high quality service which saw this project finish in time and on budget
