CJ Maintenance Ltd undertook the full design, manufacture, supply and installation of a small steel structure to allow contractors to gain access to the roof space of the Royal Opera House. We installed a small frame work over the existing loft hatch and then single skin clad the sides and roof and installed a push up operation roller shutter door to the face for access
This project took a total of 2 weeks from acceptance of the tender to final installation. CJ Maintenance Ltd engineers worked efficiently and delivered a high quality service which saw this project finish in time and on budget
