CJ Maintenance Ltd was awarded the contract to manufacture, deliver and installation of 12,000 sq ft of new industrial / commercial units complete with built in mezzanine floors and ambulant steel staircases. There was a total of 112 tons of combined steel and cold rolled sections within the frame. The frame also includes a cold roller fire wall, 8 hand operation double skinned insulated sectional overhead doors.
This project took a total of 10 weeks from acceptance of the tender to final installation. CJ Maintenance Ltd engineers worked efficiently and delivered a high quality service which saw this project finish in time and on budget
