CJ Maintenance Ltd was awarded the contract to manufacture, deliver and installation of 8,000 sq ft of new industrial / commercial units complete with built in mezzanine floors and ambulant steel staircases. There was a total of 88 tons of combined steel and cold rolled sections within the frame. We installed 390Lm of 1.8m galvanized palisade fencing to secure the site, 6 steel fire exit doors,6 hand operation double skinned insulated sectional overhead doors and 18 powder coated security roller shutter doors
This project took a total of 9 weeks from acceptance of the tender to final installation. CJ Maintenance Ltd engineers worked efficiently and delivered a high quality service which saw this project finish in time and on budget
